Following your event our team will return to de-rig. After a weekend event this will be on either Monday or Tuesday, leaving everything as we found it!

  • We have a variety of heater options, all of which can be used within the tent. In addition, depending on the weather forecast, we can advise you on the ideal setup to maximise heat retention (or airflow in summer months).

  • The simple answer is yes! We have multiple options on how we can incorporate sides into your setup. Firstly, we can use the tent itself by pulling down the edges to the floor; however, you may lose some floor space by doing so. Secondly, we can attach stretch walling to the tent and fix them to the ground, which allows for maximum floor space.

  • This varies on the size of tent you require , smaller set-ups may take a matter of hours, with larger jobs taking a day or so. We usually like to set-up on Wednesdays/Thursdays and de-rig Monday/Tuesday.

  • Do not Fear! Due to the versatile nature of our tents and our creativity as a team, we will find a solution that you as clients will be happy with. We have previously put tents up over tennis courts, boats, fountains, swimming pools, trees, etc... We will make it work!

  • Typically, following your original inquiry, we will come to your house or venue for a site visit and to get an idea of the space and the event you are looking for. Following this we will send you a quote for all your requested items as well as any optional extras that you could choose from. To reserve the stock a 25% deposit will need to be paid, with the balance then paid one month prior to your event. Following your event, we will come to de-rig on an agreed day, usually Monday or Tuesday after a weekend event.

  • Yes, there are a variety of ways in which we can anchor tents. Most commonly we use stakes, but we also have the option of eyebolts when securing to walls or trees, and concrete ballast blocks when rigging over hard surfaces like tarmac.

  • We provide luxury stretch tent installations across the Home Counties and London.
